Consultant – Technology Recruitment (Permanent, US)

Following our remarkable expansion into the US over the past 24 months, Arcus Search is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Trading and AI Infrastructure team, focusing on the US markets.

Position Overview: We are looking for a full 360 Consultant to support our top biller with their growth into the US market. We have already secured 5 Enterprise clients in the US and have just completed a record breaking search. Off the back of this, we have 28 live requirements and are looking for a US Technology specialist. We are not just looking for anybody though; Arcus have won clients in the Hyperscaler and AI Infrastructure space as well as top Hedge Funds. We are looking for someone with experience recruiting for the top 1% of candidates globally and an understanding of the challenges that are faced at this level. Alongside the delivery element, we want to expand our business to the US, so proven Business Development experience will be essential here.

Skills and experience snapshot:

  • 2+ years in Technical Recruitment, specifically with top tier companies (FAANG, Hedge Funds etc.)
  • 6+ months experience in Business Development
  • Experience working across multiple time zones

This role can offer UK or US hours to suit your business needs.
