Arcus Search are proud to support a boutique low-code software provider in the Insurance industry, on searching for an adaptable, communicative and technical Business Analyst.
You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to work drive forward a variety of challenging and exciting Change initiatives, with a strong focus on Applications, systems, API and SDLC.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse system and business requirements and work very closely with the development team
- Be responsible for identifying requirements to new system integrations, programs, operations and applications
- Perform system analysis on web services, applications and programs.
- Collaborate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders daily, across a variety of business functions
- Support system integration processes and the business for continuous process improvement
- User stories and Acceptance criteria
Requirements:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience with a strong focus on SDLC, Systems and Applications.
- Insurance experience is a must – London Market highly desirable.
- Experience working very closely to the technical teams as well as other business functions
- Communicative and consultative demeanour with the ability challenge stakeholders, understand scrum processes and conduct agile events.
- Data Mapping experience.
