Arcus Search are proud to support a global London Market Insurance / Reinsurance firm, on searching for an adaptable, communicative and technical Senior Technical Business Analyst.You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to be responsible for their business systems and functional requirements for policy administration, downstream systems and reporting.What you’ll do:
- Lead complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives, understanding business needs and requirements, documenting these and reporting on them.
- Facilitate and conduct requirement meetings, presentations and workshops.
- Ensure solutions ultimately improve efficiency for business processes and consistent with its products
- Collaborate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders daily, across a variety of business functions
- User stories and Acceptance Testing criteria, test plans and scripts based on requirements.
- Mentor and lead one or more IT Business Analyst(s).
What experience you’ll bring:
- Extensive Business Systems Analysis experience in London Market Insurance
- Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) – preferably Guidewire
- Agile and Business Analysis methodologies
- Experience with reporting solutions highly desirable
