Procurement Analyst – contract
We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to play a key role for a leading investment firm. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of supplier onboarding, contract support, purchase orders, and invoice tracking, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors, making sure processes are followed, data is accurate, and stakeholders are kept informed. The right person will thrive in a project‑led environment, balancing attention to detail with the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
What you’ll be doing
- Bringing new suppliers into the system, carrying out checks and ensuring policies are met.
- Coordinating contract execution with legal, finance, procurement, and business teams.

- Keeping an accurate log of vendor status and project milestones, and sharing progress reports with leadership.
