My client is a growing consultancy delivering business and technology transformation across a range of sectors. They require multiple Project Managers with approximately 5 years’ post-graduate experience to lead the successful delivery of client engagements. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles — from initiation and planning through to execution and closure — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle delivery across transformation, change, or technology programmes
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
  • Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technical, third-party vendors)
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outputs
  • Provide clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Support business development activities where required (e.g., proposals, scoping, client discussions)
  • Contribute to internal project management standards, frameworks, and best practice
Essential
  • 5+ years’ experience post graduation in project management (consulting or client-facing environment preferred)
  • Proven track record delivering business, digital, or technology change projects
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and delivery teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Experience within a consultancy or professional services firm
Desirable
  • Integration experience
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent certification
  • Experience managing multi-workstream programme
