They require multiple Project Managers with approximately 5 years’ post-graduate experience to lead the successful delivery of client engagements. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles — from initiation and planning through to execution and closure — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full project lifecycle delivery across transformation, change, or technology programmes
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
- Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technical, third-party vendors)
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outputs
- Provide clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support business development activities where required (e.g., proposals, scoping, client discussions)
- Contribute to internal project management standards, frameworks, and best practice
- 5+ years’ experience post graduation in project management (consulting or client-facing environment preferred)
- Proven track record delivering business, digital, or technology change projects
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and delivery teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Experience within a consultancy or professional services firm
- Integration experience
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent certification
- Experience managing multi-workstream programme
