I am currently working with an Insurance client in London who are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, resolving technical issues and maintaining high service availability.
- Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Diagnose and support Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and RDS environments.
- Implement and manage Windows deployment tools such as MDT and Autopilot.
- Manage IT assets, including distribution, returns, and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure servers and desktops receive regular software patches and security updates.
- Provide technical assistance to VIPs, senior management, and board members when needed.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in end-user IT support.
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and networking (LAN, WAN, VOIP).
- Understanding of virtual server technologies and IT service management best practices.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support.
