What You'll Be Doing
- You’ll be leading a small team of coordinators.
- You’ll be coaching and mentoring new starters and guiding and supporting the current team when required, on any new processes/systems due to new contract wins or changes to the current contracts.
- You’ll have the ability to create new process documents from scratch for any new processes implemented or make amendments to current processes and deliver them from a training perspective to your team.
- You’ll have the ability to manage the team from both a remote and office-based setting.
- You’ll be dealing with various team requirements from shift rotas, holiday management to performance management.
- You’ll be your team's point of contact for any escalations, where you’ll investigate and resolve the issues arisen ensuring stakeholders and your team are happy.
What We're Looking For
- You’ll be a strong people manager who doesn’t shy away from performance management.
- You’ll be confident, self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- You’ll have exceptional communication skills using different styles to deliver clear messages at all levels.
- You’ll find it easy to adapt to change quickly and to the ever-changing priorities.
- You’ll currently be working within a similar multi-site business as a Team Supervisor.
- You’ll have ample knowledge within team management and an understanding of commercial or estimation process is desirable.
- You’ll have excellent administration and IT skills and be proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint exp is desirable.

- Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
