Do you live in or around Brighton or Crawley? Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer? If so, we may have a role suited to you in our facilities maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.
Salary: £29,244 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Ensure client sites are fully maintained and operational.
- Travel to client locations, perform repairs, rectify defects, and deliver high-quality service.
- Tasks include patch plastering/rendering, carpentry, flooring, wall tiling, general repairs, lighting, and lock changes.
- Experience across multiple trades is required.
Qualifications:
- Essential: experience in multiple trades, valid UK driver's license, customer service experience, IT skills, good communication, health & safety awareness.
- Desirable: NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, experience with retail clients.
