What You\’ll Be Doing

You’ll supervise the Cleaning team delivering a high‑quality cleaning service to the store, and you’ll also perform some cleaning tasks yourself. Responsibilities include recruiting and training your team, planning rotas and work patterns, and completing timesheets so staff are paid correctly. You will need flexibility with working times to meet business needs. Health & Safety is a top priority; you’ll monitor and manage it for everyone on site, with equipment and support provided.

To be successful, you’ll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with cleaning experience. Prior roles should include stock management, time recording, and handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
