What You\’ll Be Doing
You’ll join as a Customer Support Coordinator on a permanent basis, working a rotating 40-hour week: Mon – Fri (06:00 – 14:00, 12:00 – 20:00) and every other weekend. When you work weekends, you’ll have staggered days off in the week to compensate. You’ll be the first point of contact for stores requiring assistance, take reactive calls, create Work Orders, chase Engineers as needed, and provide stores with updates. You’ll need a confident phone manner and the ability to deliver difficult news when necessary, while maintaining a positive impact as you receive feedback on the service you provide. You’ll use several systems and must know which Engineer to send for each job. For the right candidate there is an opportunity to complete an apprenticeship and potential career progression.
