Do you live in or around the Farnham or Reading area and can you travel in to or around the Hants, South Berks, Surrey, or West Sussex locations? Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. We have opportunities for engineers with varying degrees of experience as additional training can be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration / air conditioning systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Valid UK driver’s license
- F-Gas certification (C&G)
- Refrigeration or Air Conditioning engineering experience
- Excellent communication and time management
- A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
Desirable:
- CO2 Qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
Additional info:
The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks.
