Are you an experienced M&E Engineer based in the North Yorkshire area, seeking a new and rewarding challenge?
We’re recruiting for a static M&E Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team at our Sand Hutton site. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services across a portfolio of client sites.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary - £40,414 per annum
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

What You'll Be Doing
As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.
Responsibilities include:
- Electrical PPMs
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
- Fault finding and general repairs
- Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 18th Edition qualification
- Valid UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a similar M&E role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety protocols
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation
- F-Gas Certification
- IOSH Working Safely qualification
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
