Overview Arcus FM Cirencester, England, United KingdomJoin to apply for the Contract Coordinator role at Arcus FM .Contract Coordinator role located at our Cirencester site on a hybrid model, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.What You\’ll Be Doing You\’ll be working within our FM helpdesk department and will ideally have experience gained within a similar environment. You\’ll be joining our team as a point of contact for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive works for a major client. You will be required to schedule planned works and reactive works at our client premises, liaising with engineers, sub-contractors and client contacts at their sites to co-ordinate service delivery in line with SLA requirements.You\’ll have a confident phone manner, be assertive when required, and take ownership of planning and scheduling of works for allocated regions. This will involve developing relationships with field engineers, sub-contractors and client stakeholders, and operating effectively as part of a multi-functional team. You should be passionate, have attention to detail, and be able to work autonomously and to deadlines. Experience with a CAFM system is highly desirable, and willingness to learn a new system setup is beneficial.What We\’re Looking For If you have a can-do attitude, the ability to organise and coordinate significant operations, and great listening and problem-solving skills with experience in planning and scheduling, then we want to hear from you.
