Arcus FM is seeking talent to deliver growth across the UK. We are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- £3,000 welcome bonus for new team members (criteria applies)
- Competitive salary - up to £49,767 per annum dependent on experience

- Full door-to-door pay – earn from the moment you leave home
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)
- Annual bonus (up to 4%) – subject to performance
What we’re looking for:
- Valid UK driver’s licence
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- CO2 Qualification
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
Additional info:
- The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
