Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and embedding lasting change? We’re looking for a Performance & System Improvement Manager to join our Central Operations team, leading initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver real value across the business.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll partner with Planning & Scheduling, Operational Contract Support, and wider business stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement projects.
  • Using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, you’ll lead the design and rollout of new systems, embed process changes, and foster a culture of problem-solving and accountability.
  • Your work will directly impact performance by reducing costs, optimising workflows, and ensuring sustainable improvements that meet both business and client needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the rollout of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth handover into business-as-usual.
  • Analyse operations, identify inefficiencies, and design practical improvements.
  • Run workshops and events to generate ideas and implement solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and cultural change, securing buy-in at all levels.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success, producing progress reports for leadership.
  • Provide training and coaching in continuous improvement tools and practices.

Requirements

  • A degree (or equivalent) and proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Strong project and change management skills, with a track record of delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • A curious mindset, always questioning the status quo and exploring better ways of working.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to uncover root causes and design effective solutions.
  • Experience embedding process and system improvements into operational environments.
