If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting an AC / HVAC Engineer to join our facilities management team, delivering services to our multi-site client!
- Salary: £47,390 per annum, depending on experience
- Additional earnings available through overtime
- Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)

What You\’ll Be Doing
You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our client’s first point of call for PPM & reactive AC works.
Tasks could include, but are not limited to, sponsoring & completing AC surveys & technical reports, AC PPMs, technical M&E support and fabric work.
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
What We\’re Looking For
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
- A recognized Apprenticeship or Qualification in Air Conditioning or HVAC Services/Maintenance
- F Gas Cat 1
- Significant AC experience (ideally gained within a retail or hotels environment)
- Understanding of commercial AC, HVAC & BMS service technologies
- Awareness of budgeting of parts and material usage
- A valid UK driving licence

- City & Guilds Test and Inspection

Other Information
- The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- The role will also involve working 1 in 4 weeks on call, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
