Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial delivery to the client, managing the relationship with our subcontractors and operational link
- Daily/weekly review and audit of sub-contractor application submission to agreed deadlines
- Processing Sub-contractor & supplier invoices through our in-house system with a high degree of accuracy
- Client invoicing through Verisae & Siclops with a high degree of accuracy
- Wip review
- Preparation of client specific reports
- Monitoring contractual billing deadlines, ensuring these are met
- Weekly/monthly sub-contractor conference calls to review submissions and resolve issues/rejections
- Raising Purchase orders to Sub-contractors
- Working to pre-determined daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
- Accurate & full recording of finance updates & notes on in-house and external software and portals
- Highlighting margin performance
- Providing exceptional customer service
- To ensure the sub-contractors are performing as per the contractual expectations
- All work orders for the client are invoiced within the agreed timeframes
Qualifications
- Strong MS Office skills together with knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs) Knowledge & Experience
- Understanding of soft facilities management.
- Experience of business systems preferably Verisae.
- Technical knowledge of property assets and their maintenance requirements
- Frequency of assets
- Understanding of certification/reports, to interpret supply chains dockets
- Understanding the importance for managing costs and expense, applying the necessary controls.
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Able to work as an individual and use own initiative and as part of a team
