Do you live in or around the North West London area, perhaps in Willesden or similar areas and can you travel into central London? Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi‑site retail clients.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive Salary - £48,900 including Location allowance - £3,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid UK driver’s license
- Refrigeration engineering experience
- CO2 Qualification
- F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
- Excellent communication and time management
- A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
Additional info:
The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks.
