At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury\’s Penzance store on a permanent basis. 20 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.
Immediate start is available.
Shift pattern
- Sunday: 15:00 to 20:00
- Monday: 17:00 to 20:00
- Tuesday: 17:00 to 20:00
- Wednesday: 17:00 to 20:00
- Thursday: 17:00 to 20:00
- Friday: 17:00 to 20:00
- Saturday: Day off
Tasks
- Operating machinery
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
- At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
- At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
An eye for detail and cleanliness
A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
