Do you enjoy working in a customer focused environment to ensure cleanliness? Do you love working as part of a team to produce sparkling results for customers?
Arcus is recruiting a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury\\\’s East Kilbride store on a permanent basis. 20 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.
Immediate start is available.
Shift patterns
Sainsbury\\\’s stores are open 7 days a week and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening, with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:
- Sunday: 04:00 to 08:00
- Monday: 04:00 to 08:00
- Tuesday: Day off
- Wednesday: 04:00 to 08:00
- Thursday: 04:00 to 08:00
- Friday: Day off
- Saturday: 04:00 to 08:00
You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
- In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
- Occasionally working outside to keep trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
Arcus will support you through full training.
What will you need?
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
- An eye for detail and cleanliness
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
