Looking for a fresh challenge with an award-winning facilities management company? Do you live in or around the Bromley or South East London area and can you travel in to / across Central London and wider areas?
Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive Salary – £48,900 per annum including Location allowance of £3,000 per annum

- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Valid UK driver’s license
- Refrigeration engineering experience
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- Excellent communication and time management
- A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
Desirable:
- CO2 Qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
Additional info
- The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
