Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Customer Assurance Agent for our Redditch site. The role is fixed 40 hours per week from 7pm to 7am on a rota including weekends, requiring flexibility for business needs.
You will act as the bridge between our Helpdesk and Planning teams, managing multiple inboxes, addressing queries promptly, and producing MI reports that capture data on faults from major to minor incidents. You’ll report to Directors with accuracy under pressure, delivering tangible results.
