Arcus FM is hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive Salary - Up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing
You'll be on the road, keeping our clients' supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Valid UK driver's license
- Refrigeration engineering experience
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- Excellent communication and time management
- A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
Desirable:
- CO2 Qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
Additional info
The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
