About the Role
Managing to keep it Clean! Do you enjoy supervising teams? Do you get a buzz out of delivering a great cleaning service in a retail environment? If so, read on. We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support recruiting and training your cleaning team, planning rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.
- Maintain flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
- Prioritise Health & Safety, monitoring and managing for all on site, and receive equipment and support from the company.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning.
- Previous responsibility for stock management, time recording, and handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
