We require a Contract Specialist to join us on a permanent basis, at our Cirencester site.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• First Point of Contact for Customer to resolve escalations and complaints.
• Hold weekly meetings with the Customer to unlock issues.
• Attend Monthly and Quarter meetings with Account Manager/Director.
• Key point of contact for the Account Managers/Directors and performance issues.
• Oversight of all work orders and manage key problems.
• WIP – work with the Team Manager and Account Manager on problem work orders.
• Working with the Account Managers and Helpdesk teams, monitor performance
• Ensure regular Performance reviews are carried out with both Internal Stakeholders and Subcontractors.
• Interaction between business functions when operating to the above.
• General – to provide insight and trends to the Account Manager.
• Continuously review systems, processes, and procedures to ensure, integrity, and efficiency.

When you join us, you’ll receive:

• Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum
• 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
