Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsbury's stores.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
- In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies when required
- Working outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be supplied
- An eye for detail and cleanliness
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit two part-time In Store Cleaners based in Sainsbury's Tunbridge Wells store on a fixed-term basis for 3 months.
Hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available. Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week; Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Shift patterns include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. Current shift pattern: Immediate starts available.
Monthly pay. Holiday - 28 days on a pro rata basis. Flexible hours available with overtime opportunities. Death in service insurance. Pension scheme. Cycle to work scheme. Further career opportunities. Training and development.
