Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsbury's stores.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery
- Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
- Occasionally clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies in-store
- Work outside at times to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
Qualifications and attributes
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be supplied
- An eye for detail and cleanliness
- A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Employment details
- Part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Nantwich store on a permanent basis
- 18 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21
- Immediate start is available
- Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week; various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available
- Shift patterns: early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work
- Current shift pattern: Sunday 13:00–16:00; Monday 13:00–16:00; Tuesday 13:00–16:00; Wednesday Day off; Thursday 13:00–16:00; Friday 13:00–16:00; Saturday 13:00–16:00
- You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime
