About Role

Arcturis RWE team is now seeking a Project Manager to support and facilitate the delivery of real‑world evidence projects with life science companies, namely top 10 pharmaceutical companies. This role will support multiple projects across the real‑world evidence space, using Arcturis’ unique access to secondary care NHS data. An understanding of real‑world data, real‑world evidence, the NHS and clinical development of new therapeutics will be very useful in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of the projects. This role will report directly into the Programme Manager, and the Project Manager will work closely with the real‑world evidence team as well as our cross‑functional dedicated project teams to ensure clear communication of vital project updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document scope and detailed requirements for commercial and internal projects using a defined process.
  • Update and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensure documentation is standardised across projects.
  • Organise and attend internal and external project meetings and create meeting minutes for review and circulation.
  • Ensure project timelines and progress are tracked and updated.
  • Support project teams to ensure that all risks are captured, managed and escalated across projects when necessary.
  • Support the Programme Manager to liaise with pharmaceutical clients and with Arcturis’ Business Development team following contract to ensure the relationship between the customer and Arcturis is managed successfully throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration between the real‑world evidence team, engineering and clinical informatics team to deliver real‑world evidence projects.
  • Support RWE internal projects and support RWE team members with internal project documentation.
  • Support the Programme Manager and Finance team with invoicing and revenue calculations.

Skills And Experience

  • Relevant experience in a life science company, preferably supporting the delivery of scientific R&D activity.
  • Exposure to real‑world evidence and real‑world data preferable, but not essential.
  • Experience in healthcare and research and development preferable, but not essential.
  • Ability to liaise at Programme levels within the flow of the project and maintain directed communication with stakeholders, internal and third‑party teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior use of SharePoint and Smartsheet an advantage.
