We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Nordic Markets to be part of making this happen. Candidates must be fluent in English and speak at least one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish.
About the Role
The SDR role is the first interaction prospective customers have with Arctic Wolf. The team is comprised of tenacious, positive, and hard‑working individuals dedicated to outstanding achievement and the success of the Sales organization. We’re seeking a self‑motivated, flexible, team‑oriented, and creative sales professional who is eager to build a career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and capture leads and opportunities via phone, internet, and social media.
- Follow up on inbound leads to heighten prospect interest.
- Create opportunities within your assigned region.
- Partner with senior sales executives in your region to drive revenue and promote the Sales organization.
- Attend and co‑host events and trade shows in partnership with senior sales executives.
- Create a steady flow of outbound communications to drive engagement.
- Maintain velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement, and revenue.
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with team members and prospects.
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach by creating value‑based partnerships.
- Consistently achieve quota.
- Move the sales process forward with prospects, partners (internal and external), and team members.
- Share feedback and best practices with teammates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience beyond college, preferably in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling, or equivalent.
- Enjoyable experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Self‑motivated with a focus on quality and customer outcomes.
- Commitment to rapidly advancing a sales career.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and social‑media communication skills.
- Strong creative, multi‑tasking, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working with internal groups across the organization.
- Solid technical aptitude and business acumen.

- Knowledge of or experience with a CRM or content‑management tracking system.
