About the Role

As a Senior Sales Engineer, Customer Success, you will partner with Customer Success Managers and Security Services teams to help customers maximize the value of their Arctic Wolf solutions. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will support solution reviews, identify opportunities to expand solution adoption, and demonstrate how Arctic Wolf’s offerings help customers achieve their security and business goals. This role is best suited for candidates located within easy travelling distance of Newcastle, allowing for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration at our Newcastle office while maintaining the flexibility of a remote-based role.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to expand their use of Arctic Wolf solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and technical discussions that showcase the value of Arctic Wolf's platform and services.
  • Document and maintain a deep understanding of customer environments, including security tools, network architecture, authentication methods, and cloud services.
  • Articulate Arctic Wolf's key differentiators and position our solutions effectively within a competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing through active participation in team enablement, collaboration channels, and best practice discussions.
  • Support process improvements, training initiatives, and content creation projects that drive team effectiveness.
  • Mentor and onboard new team members, sharing technical expertise, presentation skills, and sales engineering best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, identity management, cloud services, virtualization, and Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and practices, including security operations, incident response, SIEM, XDR, EDR/EPP, IDS/IPS, and related security frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and articulate business value to both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end sales process and experience working with CRM and productivity platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
  • Confidence speaking in customer-facing and public forums, including webinars, partner enablement sessions, and industry events.
  • Familiarity with modern application deployment models, including cloud-native and containerized environments.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales engineering, technical consulting, or cybersecurity.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise IT environments, preferably with a security focus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH, or equivalent.
  • Experience designing or supporting enterprise security solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in a sales engineering or customer-facing technical role.

The base salary range for this job family is 60,900 to 111,300 GBP annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
