About the Role: The Sales Development Representative role is typically the first point of contact prospective customers have with Arctic Wolf. You play a key role in shaping the first impression and setting the foundation for successful customer relationships. Our SDR team is made up of driven, positive and resilient individuals committed to delivering strong results, both individually and as a team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while building a career in Sales.

In this role, you will be working on the Nordic markets, based in our Newcastle office. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English & German and speak at least one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and generate new opportunities via phone, social media and online channels
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into qualified pipeline
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity
  • Partner closely with senior sales executives to drive revenue in your territory
  • Represent Arctic Wolf at events and tradeshows
  • Build relationships with prospects, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Apply a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Share feedback, insights and best practices within the team

Experience & Requirements:

  • Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience after university, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound or a comparable customer-facing role
  • Fluent in English & German and at least one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales, with a clear drive to achieve results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across functions and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and social) with the ability to engage and build relationships
  • Creative, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive and curious attitude
  • Solid business acumen and technical aptitude
  • Experience with CRM tools and the ability to leverage social media and research to identify and qualify leads

This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
