Join Arctic Shores and help transform how organisations hire in the AI era.

At Arctic Shores, we help companies create a world of work where potential matters more than experience. In an AI-enabled workplace where skills are evolving fast, we help employers understand what candidates could do — not just what they’ve done. Our task-based psychometric assessments and business psychology services help organisations like Amazon, Siemens, and Jet2 transform how they hire. We also support employers across the UK in selecting talent for some of the country’s most critical and complex roles — from nuclear scientists and pilots to data engineers, graduates, and essential frontline teams. Across every role, our mission is to help employers make fair, evidence-based hiring decisions that focus on what truly predicts success in an AI-driven world — learning agility, problem-solving, and adaptability.

As AI accelerates change in the world of work, our mission has never been more urgent — and that’s where you come in.

Why this role might be a great fit for you:

  • We hire for potential - not just experience. We know that skills can be learned, and that diverse perspectives make us stronger.
  • We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is ready to take their first (or second) step on the marketing career ladder – someone motivated by our mission, curious about people and behaviour, and excited to help companies make hiring fairer, more inclusive, and more effective.
  • You’ll thrive in this role if you are naturally organised and thrive when you’re juggling multiple activities at once.
  • You’re excited about the idea of running events that range from intimate get-togethers to large conferences – and bringing your own creative flair to help us create great experiences for attendees.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and notice small details that others might overlook.
  • You’re a creative problem solver and can think clearly on your feet, even if the pressure is on.
  • You love building relationships with lots of different types of new people and get energy from learning more about their worlds.
  • You’re a clear communicator and a good writer.
  • You like trying out new things and embracing new tech.
  • You’re a proactive, curious, agile learner who loves seeking out new information and perspectives with a growth mindset.
  • You’re keen to join a company that is making a real difference to how companies hire.

If most or all of that sounds like you – even if you’re not from a marketing background – don’t let that stop you applying.

What you’ll do:

  • Events & Community: You’ll help bring our brand to life by organising events that people actually enjoy attending.
  • Copywriting: You’ll get stuck into writing copy that sounds like a human, not a robot.
  • Building Relationships: You’ll become a true expert in the world of Talent Acquisition.
  • Tracking Success: You’ll keep an eye on how your events and content are performing.

Finally, you’ll live and breathe the Arctic Shores values:

  • Make a difference: We can’t change everything. But we can contribute to a world of work that’s truly fair and inclusive.
  • Grow together: We invest in our ability, learn from our setbacks, and always celebrate the people behind our progress.
  • Explore, always: Changing the way the world sees potential takes curiosity, drive, and bravery.

The closing date for applications is 12th February 2026. Deadline for completing the assessment approx 25 mins is 23:59 hrs on 16th February.

What you’ll get from Arctic Shores:

  • Competitive salary up to £38k
  • 28 days holiday per year, plus public holidays.
  • Hybrid working – Attend the office at London Bridge 2 days per week.
  • Private medical and mental health cover with Vitality for all our Explorers.
  • Length of service awards.
  • Company Sick Pay Scheme.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave.
  • Fertility support programme.
  • Aviva pension scheme, offering 3% employer and 5% employee contributions.
  • Central offices within easy commuting distance.
  • Own Days – one day every month dedicated to your professional development.
  • The chance to work in a supportive team with a worthwhile mission.

Applying for the role:

We won’t be asking for your CV for this role. Instead, we’ll ask you to complete our UNA task based assessment, which helps us get to know you – the real you.
