About the position: Arctic Services are a specialist Refrigeration and Air Conditioning company and are looking to expand the office based team. We are looking for an office junior to join our team to assist in daily office duties such as administration, speaking with customers and suppliers and some accounts work. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and develop themselves into an office administration or accounts position. To assist with your progression we could also look at sending you on relevant courses to help you qualify and progress in your career, should you wish to do so. To be considered for this opportunity you will need: * To drive or live near to our office in Waltham Abbey. * To be computer literate on Microsoft Word and Excel. * To be confident to speak to customers. * To be a friendly and approachable team player. * We will offer all relevant training on systems we use and our processes. * Experience using Xero is a bonus, however this is not necessary. About the Business Our head office is based in Waltham Abbey, a stone’s throw from the M25, making us easily accessible to London and the surrounding boroughs, but that does not limit us as we also cover clients nationwide. We maintain and install commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems at some of the most prestigious sites and projects including the Royal Parks and Museums across the UK. Our customers vary from café chains and restaurants to large food distributors mainly based in the Home Counties and London. We are a friendly and social office, have a paid for office lunch on a Friday and have an annual summer and Christmas party. Benefits Company pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, earning an extra day per year after 2 years service, ample on-site free parking, full training and most importantly a great work environment! The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5:30pm, with no evenings or weekends involved.
