Arc\’teryx Battersea is looking for its future Store Manager!

You lead a team of 11 members (including Assistant Store Manager, Lead, and Sales Associate) that delivers best-in-class guest experiences, builds connections, and commits to bold objectives both in-store and within our communities. You are an entrepreneurial manager capable of embracing change, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results. Your responsibilities encompass all aspects of retail store operations, as well as strategy and development of your team and community engagement.

As an Arc\’teryx Store Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team in alignment with the Arc\’teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values
  2. Managing store operations across the five pillars: experience, product, community, operations, and people
  3. Training and coaching a high-performing team through the Arc\’teryx Guest Journey to ensure top-tier guest experiences
  4. Leading from the floor 80% of your week to champion exceptional guest service
  5. Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, performance management, and off-boarding
  6. Driving store profitability by achieving sales targets, managing labor, and controlling expenses
  7. Managing scheduling with a focus on guest and team member experiences
  8. Building community partnerships to identify brand ambassadors and influencers
  9. Managing product inventory, visual merchandising, and sell-through strategies
  10. Utilizing company tools for budgeting and labor planning, with full accountability
  11. Leading weekly leadership meetings on brand updates and business areas

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of leadership and retail management experience
  • Dynamic leadership skills with a track record of hiring, training, motivating, and developing future leaders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to achieve results
  • Passion for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Ability to set clear vision, align teams, and foster commitment

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (five days)

Compensation: Salaried, with base + bonus

Expectations: Availability during Black Friday and holiday season, as defined annually
