For our Store in Manchester we are hiring a passionate Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of 8 Product Guides alongside the Store Management team. You bring energy and purpose to every part of the store – guest experience, product, people, and operations. Passionate about the outdoors, you live the lifestyle and share it authentically. You lead with care, push for bold goals, and celebrate progress. Together, we leave it better.

As an Arc’teryx Lead, here’s what you’d be doing:

  • Lead with Purpose: You embody the Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values – bringing leadership, awareness, and energy to every shift on the floor.
  • Elevate the Guest Experience: You support the team in delivering world‑class service by sharing product knowledge, coaching Product Guides, and leading from the floor five days a week.
  • Drive the Business Forward: You help oversee all five pillars of the store experience, product, community, operations, and people – while managing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
