For our Store in Bicester we are hiring a passionate Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of Product Guides alongside the Store Management team.

What you'd be doing
- Lead with Purpose: You embody the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values - bringing leadership, awareness, and energy to every shift on the floor.
- Elevate the Guest Experience: You support the team in delivering world‑class service by sharing product knowledge, coaching Product Guides, and leading from the floor five days a week.
- Drive the Business Forward: You help oversee all five pillars of the store - experience, product, community, operations, and people - while managing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
