We're looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team at our Store in Battersea. You're the face of our brand – bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. You live for the outdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. Core Responsibilities
  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction – sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc'teryx ambassador, you represent our values both in‑store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks - you help make sure everything flows.

Qualifications

Hours and Compensation
