Our Leads grow through hands‑on learning, steady coaching and opportunities across stores, regions and teams. For our Store in Bicester we are hiring a passionate Store Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of 13 Product Guides alongside the Store Management team. Responsibilities

  • Lead with Purpose: You embody the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values - bringing leadership, awareness, and energy to every shift on the floor.
  • Elevate the Guest Experience: You support the team in delivering world‑class service by sharing product knowledge, coaching Product Guides, and leading from the floor five days a week.
  • Drive the Business Forward: You help oversee all five pillars of the store - experience, product, community, operations, and people - while managing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
  • Build Community & Connection: You share brand stories and event details with guests and teammates, making everyone feel welcome and inspired to join in.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: You keep the team aligned by sharing company updates, supporting store procedures, and partnering with leadership to meet goals.
  • Operate with Excellence: You manage transactions, open and close the store, and use tools to track sales, labor, and budgets - keeping everything running smoothly.

Life in Our Stores

You’ll be part of a team that enjoys spending time outdoors together, shares product knowledge, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. The work is hands‑on, thoughtful and rooted in connection to the outdoors and community.

  • You have strong time management skills and can prioritise and adapt to daily business needs in the moment, giving feedback and direction when needed.
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right.
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
