Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the EMEA Senior Creative Lead, you will establish a regional creative department, shaping the creative vision and execution across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for adapting global creative strategies to regional needs and developing original campaigns that resonate with local audiences. This role is essential in accelerating brand impact across paid media, digital, retail marketing, community activations, and experiential platforms.
The preferred locations are London, Garching (Munich), or major European hubs.
Meet Your Future Team:
You will lead the Brand Creative team in EMEA, collaborating with other marketing leaders and global creative and operations teams to bring the brand to life across diverse touchpoints. The team values creativity, agility, and a deep understanding of both global branding and local markets.
You will report to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing EMEA, with a dotted line to the Creative Director, Global Brand Studio.
Core Activities:
- Forming the EMEA creative department
- Aligning regional creative efforts with global strategies while advocating for local needs
- Localizing global creative assets for cultural relevance and audience engagement
- Developing EMEA-specific creative campaigns within brand guidelines
- Partnering with regional teams to deliver integrated creative solutions
- Presenting concepts and strategies to stakeholders
- Managing workflows and resources to ensure timely campaign deployment
- Maintaining regional creative guidelines aligned with global standards
- Driving innovation in consumer experiences, both digitally and physically
- Managing the assigned budget

Are You Our Next Senior Creative Lead – EMEA?
- 7-10 years of creative leadership experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer brand, with relevant education
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools
- Strong background in brand storytelling, art direction, photography, film, graphic design, architecture, and digital UX
- A portfolio demonstrating international campaign development
- Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Refined taste level and understanding of outdoor culture
- Ability to set vision, align teams, and foster commitment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Leadership skills to motivate and support teams, manage priorities, and navigate ambiguity
