Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the EMEA Senior Creative Lead, you will establish a regional creative department, shaping the creative vision and execution across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for adapting global creative strategies to regional needs and developing original campaigns that resonate with local audiences. This role is essential in accelerating brand impact across paid media, digital and retail marketing, community activations, and experiential platforms. This role can be based in one of our main Epicenters: London, Paris or Garching (Munich). Candidates must be eligible to work in the country.
Meet Your Future Team: You are the EMEA leader of Brand Creative and you will collaborate with other EMEA marketing functional leaders, and with global creative and operations stakeholders to bring the brand to life across diverse guests’ touchpoints in the EMEA region. This team thrives on creativity, agility, and a deep understanding of both global brand vision and local market relevance. You will work as part of the EMEA Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing EMEA, and with a dotted reporting line to the Creative Director, Global Brand Studio.

- Leading the formation of the EMEA creative department
- Acting as the EMEA counterpart to the global creative team, ensuring alignment while advocating for regional needs.
- Localizing global creative assets and developing regional creative iterations to ensure cultural relevance, market resonance, and stronger audience engagement.
- Developing original EMEA-specific creative campaigns within global brand guidelines.
- Partnering with regional marketing, retail, and community teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Presenting creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Managing creative workflows and resource allocation in collaboration with Brand Operations to accelerate campaign deployment and time-to-market.
- Evolving and maintaining regional creative guidelines in alignment with global standards.

Are you our next Senior Creative Lead – EMEA?
You have 7-10 years experience in a creative leadership role at a direct-to-consumer brand and related post-secondary education. You have extensive knowledge of Adobe creative suite and associated design tools. You have a strong depth of experience in brand storytelling, art direction, photography, film, graphic design, architecture, and digital UX. You have a strong portfolio showcasing international campaign development. You understand the cultural and market dynamics across EMEA. You have a nuanced taste level and understanding of outdoor and its cultural intersections. You set a clear vision, align your future team around common objectives, and foster commitment to deliver. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders. You have excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are an inspiring leader, and know how to keep your team focused and stoked, while supporting with eliminating barriers and seeking clarity. You have a strong direct-to-consumer marketing knowledge and a deep understanding of the consumer journey. You have exceptional presentation and communication skills in English (spoken and written), and you are proficient in another European language. You have strong experience in budget management. You are familiar and passionate about the Arc’teryx brand. You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
