Arc'teryx is seeking a Product Guide for our Manchester store on a fixed‑term contract until 31/05/2027.
Responsibilities
- Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: Bring energy and expertise to each interaction by sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
- Live the Brand, Inside and Out: Represent Arc'teryx values in‑store and in the community by staying curious, learning continuously, and inspiring others to connect with nature.
- Grow and Collaborate: Develop your skills with support from your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
- Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Handle transactions, manage guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks to ensure efficient store operation.
Qualifications
- Guest‑Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
- Own Your Impact: Take responsibility, stay self‑motivated, and solve problems creatively.
- Disruptive Evolution: Challenge the status quo, inspire new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement for yourself and others.
- Language Skills: Fluency in the local language (e.g., German) and English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work key retail periods (Black Friday, holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
Hours
- Fixed Term Contract ending on 31/05/2027
- Full‑time – 30‑40 hours per week (5 days per week)
