For our Store in Bicester, we are hiring a passionate Store Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of 13 Product Guides alongside the Store Management team. You bring energy and purpose to every part of the store — guest experience, product, people, and operations. Passionate about the outdoors, you live the lifestyle and share it authentically. Your Opportunity at Arc’teryx:
- Lead with Purpose: You embody the Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values - bringing leadership, awareness, and energy to every shift on the floor.
- Elevate the Guest Experience: You support the team in delivering world-class service by sharing product knowledge, coaching Product Guides, and leading from the floor five days a week.
- Drive the Business Forward: You help oversee all five pillars of the store - experience, product, community, operations, and people - while managing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.

- You are comfortable adhering to and enforcing health and safety guidelines at all times.
