Our Product Guides grow through hands‑on learning, steady coaching and opportunities across stores, regions and teams. We’re looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our team at our Store in Covent Garden. You’re the face of our brand – bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. You live for the outdoors, love our products, and share that passion authentically. Responsibilities

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences – bring energy and expertise to every interaction by sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out – represent Arc’teryx values both in-store and in the community; stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and Collaborate – develop skills with support from teammates, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly – process transactions, handle guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility – willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Hours: Full Time – 30‑40 hours per week (5 days a week)
