We’re looking for a passionate Product Guide (all genders) to join our store in Bicester. You’re the face of our brand—bringing energy, expertise, and unforgettable experiences to every guest. As an Arc’teryx Product Guide, here’s what you’d be doing:
- Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction—sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
- Live the Brand, Inside and Out: As a true Arc’teryx ambassador, you represent our values in-store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
- Grow and Collaborate: You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
- Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks — you help ensure everything flows.
You’ll be part of a team that enjoys spending time outdoors together, shares product knowledge, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. The work is hands-on, thoughtful and rooted in connection to the outdoors and community.
Qualifications:
- Guest-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
