Our Leads grow through hands‑on learning, steady coaching and opportunities across stores, regions and teams. For our Store in Battersea we are hiring a passionate Lead (all genders) to lead a talented team of 8 Product Guides alongside the Store Management team. - Lead with Purpose: You embody the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values—bringing leadership, awareness, and energy to every shift on the floor.
- Elevate the Guest Experience: You support the team in delivering world‑class service by sharing product knowledge, coaching Product Guides, and leading from the floor five days a week.
- Drive the Business Forward: You help oversee all five pillars of the store—experience, product, community, operations, and people—while managing inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
- Build Community & Connection: You share brand stories and event details with guests and teammates, making everyone feel welcome and inspired to join in.
- Communicate & Collaborate: You keep the team aligned by sharing company updates, supporting store procedures, and partnering with leadership to meet goals.
- Operate with Excellence: You manage transactions, open and close the store, and use tools to track sales, labor, and budgets—keeping everything running smoothly.
Life in Our Stores: You’ll be part of a team that enjoys spending time outdoors together, shares product knowledge, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. The work is hands‑on, thoughtful and rooted in connection to the outdoors and community.
Are you our next Lead?
