We are looking for seasonal Product Guides to join our store! You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. Responsibilities
- Bring energy and expertise to every interaction by sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
- Represent ARC’Teryx values both in‑store and in the community, staying curious, learning, and inspiring others to connect with nature.
- Develop your skills with support from your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
- Process transactions, handle guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
