Responsibilities

  • Create Meaningful Guest Experiences – bring energy and expertise, share product knowledge, solve problems and help guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the Brand, Inside and Out – represent Arc’teryx values both in‑store and in the community, stay curious, keep learning and inspire others.
  • Grow and Collaborate – develop your skills with team support, contribute to brand initiatives and elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly – process transactions, handle guest expectations, unpack inventory and support daily tasks to ensure smooth flow.
  • Guest‑Centric Mindset – deliver exceptional experiences and foster brand loyalty through service, storytelling and community engagement.
  • Own Your Impact – take responsibility, stay self‑motivated, love solving problems and find smart solutions even when they’re not the easiest.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills – fluency in both the local language (e. g., German) and English is essential.
  • Flexibility – willing to work key retail periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season and able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
  • Hours & Compensation

Part Time – 10‑30 hours per week (2‑4 days a week).
