Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
We are looking for seasonal Product Guides to join our store! You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You are product‑obsessed and seek any chance to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand how our product performs. You prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same. You authentically share product knowledge with guests and recommend products based on their interests and needs.

Responsibilities
- Bring energy and expertise to every interaction by sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
- Represent ARC’Teryx values both in‑store and in the community, staying curious, learning, and inspiring others to connect with nature.
- Develop your skills with support from your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
- Process transactions, handle guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
- Show a passionate, guest‑centric mindset by delivering exceptional experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement.
