We're Hiring – Business Development / Trade Sales Executive
Help us take Arcova Lighting to the trade.
Arcova Lighting is a growing, LED lighting brand specialising in innovative SOB LED strip technology.
Founded by two individuals with extensive experience in electrical wholesaling and contracting, Arcova has been built around a simple goal: deliver premium LED lighting products that people can trust at competitive prices.
We've developed the product. Now we're looking for an ambitious, driven individual to help us get it into the hands of electrical wholesalers, kitchen suppliers, lighting specialists and trade professionals across the UK.
The Opportunity
This isn't just another sales role. It's an opportunity to join a young, ambitious business at an exciting stage of growth and play a genuine part in building the brand.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing relationships with electrical wholesalers, kitchen suppliers, lighting specialists and trade merchants.
- Identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Delivering product demonstrations and showcasing the advantages of SOB technology over traditional COB and SMD LED strips.
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline, from initial contact through to repeat orders.
- Representing Arcova at trade counters, customer meetings and industry events.
- Providing valuable feedback to help shape our sales strategy and future growth.
Who We're Looking For
Experience is preferred, but attitude and ambition matter just as much.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in sales, particularly within the electrical, lighting or construction industry.
- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone, face-to-face and on site.
- A proactive approach to generating opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- An understanding of LED lighting products, or the willingness to learn quickly.
- The motivation to take ownership of your results and contribute to a growing business.
