The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with an electrical bias to join the Aviation team. This is a key leadership role where you will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, quality, programme, and budget. As the most senior member of the site operations team, you will play a critical role in driving performance and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Take overall responsibility for health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) compliance
- Manage project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved
- Oversee financial performance, including cost control and forecasting
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including CDM requirements
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance on site
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, ideally with an electrical bias
- Strong technical understanding and leadership capability
- Excellent organisational and people management skills
- Solid knowledge of CDM regulations and their practical application
- Experience producing Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets
- A strong commitment to implementing and maintaining safe systems of work
- Detailed understanding of health & safety, quality, and environmental standards within a project environment
